Shipping policy

Production time. Every Mooptop item is pressed to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be made before it ships. You'll get a confirmation email when it's on the way, tracking included.

Shipping time. Once shipped, US orders typically arrive in 2–5 business days. All orders ship from the USA.

Shipping rates. Calculated at checkout. Orders over $75 ship free in the US.

Where we ship. United States only for now. Want Mooptop somewhere else? Email us — enough moos and we'll open the gate.

Address changes. Email moo@mooptop.com within 12 hours of ordering and we'll update your address. After your order ships, we're unable to redirect it.

Lost or stolen packages. If tracking says delivered but nothing's arrived, give it 48 hours (carriers sometimes scan early), check with neighbors, then email us — we'll work it out with you.
